Ingredients

 Gelatin1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cold water1 Tablespoon
 Boiling water1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Cream2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Egg whites2
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Peach ice cream scoop1

Directions

MAKING
1.Soak the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve it in the boiling water.
2.Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
3.Add the cream.
4.When it begins to thicken, pour slowly over the beaten whites of eggs and continue beating until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
5.Add vanilla.
6.Line a round mold with frozen peach ice-cream and fill the center with the meringue.
7.Pack in ice and salt, and let stand three to four hours, or pack and freeze in the trays of the mechanical refrigerator.
SERVING
8.Serve with cream or cheese
