Peach Jam Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 4 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
| 7/4 cups sugar OR 4 cups sugar and 31/2 cups light corn syrup | ||
| 1 cup liquid pectin | ||
Directions
Wash and peel about 3 lbs. fully ripe peaches, chop.very fine and measure 4 cups into large kettle.
Add sugar, or sugar and corn syrup, and bring quickly to a rapid boil, stirring constantly.
Boil exactly 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in pectin.
Stir thoroughly and remove foam from top.
Pour quickly into hot sterilized glasses and seal with paraffin.
