Peach Jam Recipe
This Peach Jam looks feels and tastes great all at the same time. What else one can ask for? I just love Dessert recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. You do not need to be a gourmet to make out how appetizing and tasty this dish really is.
Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle pectin
3 pounds firm, ripe peaches
7 cups sugar
Directions
Wash, peel, pit, and quarter peaches.
Blender chop 3 or 4 pieces of peach.
Empty into kettle.
Repeat process with remaining peaches.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Bring to rolling boil and boil hard for 10 minutes.
Add pectin and boil for 1 minute.
Stir and skim for 5 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
