Peach Jam Recipe
If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple peach jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you
Ingredients
4 lb. peaches
Sugar
1 3-in. cinnamon stick
Directions
Peel, pit and crush peaches; add 1/2 cup water.
Bring to a boil in large kettle; cook, stirring, for 10 min- utes.
Measure peach mixture; add 3/4 cup sugar for each cup peach mixture.
Add cinnamon stick.
Bring to a boil; cook until thickened.
Skim and stir fre- quently.
Remove cinnamon stick; pour into hot ster- ilized jars.
Seal with paraffin.
