Peach Cooler Recipe
Peach cooler is the perfect drink to chill out with on a hot summer day. Made with fresh peaches and milk along with almond extract, it also has ice cream in it for a creamy feeling.
Ingredients
3/4 cup cold milk
1/2 cup chilled peaches, fresh or canned
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 or 3 drops almond extract
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, in 6 pieces (serving consistency)
Directions
Put all ingredients except ice cream into Osterizer container, cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth.
Stop and add the ice cream, cover and process at WHIP 3 to 5 seconds.
