Classic Peach Cobbler Recipe
An easy to make Peach cobbler recipe.Not too many ingredients are required & it is a simple cobbler recipe.
Ingredients
| Melted butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Self rising flour | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Peach slice | 5 | |
| Peach juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or canned) |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together but for the peach slices.Pour the batter on greased baking dish.Arrange the slices on top of the batter and bake it for an hour at 350 degrees or till it turns brown.
You can pour some of the peach juice over the baked cobbler before serving.

I loved this cobbler changing it a bit. I added just enough sugar subsitute and splenda light brown sugar (about equal amounts of both - probably didn't even equal the 2 cups of sugar) to taste with the peaches and added some cinnamon and we really liked it.
