Vanilla Peach Cobbler Recipe
Another of my Peach cobbler recipe,made with vanilla.Peach cobbler is a very popular dessert & is liked by every one.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter(melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cup sliced peaches(fresh)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Peach juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.Grease a baking dish with melted butter.Mix in all the ingredients but for peach slices to make a batter & pour the batter into the baking dish.Let the batter stand for a couple of seconds.Arrange the peach slices over the batter & bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or till the color turns brown.
Serve cold
