Ingredients

 Firm peaches - 10 cups, peeled and sliced
 Walnuts – 1 cup, coarsely chopped
 Pecans – 1 cup, coarsely chopped
 Seedless raisins - 1 cup, coarsely chopped
 Hot peppers - 6 – 8, coarsely chopped
 Vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar7 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger1 Tablespoon
 Salt3 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Currants1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemons – 2, thinly sliced
 Garlic5 Clove (5gm)
 Cloves1 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1 Tablespoon
 Paprika1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and combine walnuts, peaches and pecans in it. Set aside.
2) Take large kettle and combine raisins, onion, currants, peppers, garlic, lemons, vinegar, spices and sugar in it. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3) Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
4) Add nuts and peaches.
5) Simmer for another 1 hour, stirring constantly.

SERVING
6) Transfer the chutney to sterilized jars. Seal and store.
