Spicy Peach Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
| Vinegar | 11/2 Bottle (1l) | |
| Peaches | 4 Pound | |
| Sugar | 1 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Turmeric | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seedless raisins | 4 Ounce | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| dssrtspn. allspice | ||
| 3 sweet peppers, seeds removed | ||
Directions
Peel and halve the peaches, discarding stones.
Pass peaches, garlic, red peppers and raisins through a mincer.
Place minced ingredients in a pan with the vinegar and boil for 10 mins., add the rest of the ingredients and boil till the peach pulp is quite soft.
Bottle hot.
