Peach Cake Recipe
Peach Cake has a Tangy taste.The eggs and sugar gives the Peach Cake moist taste.
Ingredients
| 4 tablespoons sweet butter | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (CAKE:) | |
| Egg | 1 (CAKE:) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (CAKE:) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon (CAKE:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (CAKE:) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (CAKE:) | |
| 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease well a heavy 9-inch skillet.
Cream butter and sugar until light.
Beat in egg.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat half into creamed mixture; beat in half of the milk.
Repeat, beating well.
Pour batter into prepared skillet.
Arrange peach slices on top of batter.
Bake for 25 minutes.
