Peach Blush Salad Recipe

| Prepared horseradish | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped almonds | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped green pepper | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Canned peach | 8 Medium | |
| Red food coloring | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Cranberry jelly | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Peach syrup | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Combine almonds, celery and green pepper; add to cheese mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Fill each peach cavity with cheese mixture; press 2 peach halves together to form a whole peach.
Chill.
Dilute food coloring with water to make a pink color; brush color on each peach.
Blend remaining ingredients; serve with peaches.
