Peach-Berry Cobbler Recipe

| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peaches | 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced | |
| Blueberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sifted flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soft (soft) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Add water; blend well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add lemon juice, peaches and blueberries.
Turn into a 2quart baking dish.
Sift together into mixing bowl flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and softened butter; beat until smooth.
Spoon over fruit.
Sprinkle with mixture of sugar and nutmeg.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
