Peach Aspic Recipe
Ingredients
1 No. 2 1/2 can peaches
1 pkg. peach gelatin
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Directions
Drain peaches, reserving juice; add water to make 2 cups juice.
Reserve 1 peach half; dice remaining peaches.
Heat peach juice to boiling; pour over gelatin.
Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Chill until thick.
Add peaches.
Chill until firm.
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Mash reserved peach half; stir it into the cheese mixture.
Serve cheese mixture over gelatin.
