Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt
2) Then add in the milk and cook over a low heat, stirring continually till thickened
3) Blend in a small amount of the hot mixture into the eggs
4) Cook for 2 minutes longer and then blend in the vanilla
5) In a tall tumbler or parfait glass, layer in chilled cream pudding, peaches, blueberries
6) Top with a spoonful of pudding and garnished with 1 slice of peach

SERVING
7) Serve Cold
