Peach Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Sugar | 2 Kilogram | |
| Oranges | 2 | |
| Lemons | 2 | |
| Peptic enzymes : 2 tbsp | ||
| Alembic yeast : 1 1/2 tablets | ||
| Water | 6 Bottle (1l) | |
Directions
1. Quarter peaches and put in an open container. Mash with a wooden spoon and add boiling water.
2. Let stand for a day.
3. Add oranges, lemons, peptic enzymes and yeast as for the other wines.
4. Cover and keep for six months. Strain and bottle.
