Ingredients

 2 ripe peaches, skinned, halved and stoned
 2 tablespoons sherry or brandy (optional)
 Sugar
 150 g/5 oz natural yogurt
 Cream and/or chopped nuts to decorate

Directions

Put the peach halves into individual dishes and sprinkle with the sherry or brandy, if using, and a little sugar to taste.
Pour over the yogurt.
Top with cream and/or chopped nuts.
