Peach Sorbet Recipe
Peach Sorbet is simple and easy to make. Peach Sorbet gets its taste from peaches mixed with syrup and lemon juice. Peach Sorbet is inspired by many food joints across the globe.
Ingredients
| 7 fresh California peaches, quartered | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Process peaches in blender or food processor until smooth; measure 3 1/2 cups peach puree.
Combine peach puree, sugar, corn syrup and lemon juice in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Cool.
Prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Pack into freezer containers.
Freeze until firm.
