Peach Rice Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
6 peach halves, peeled
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 cup cold cooked rice
Dash salt
1 cup low-calorie whipped topping, prepared
Directions
Place each peach half in individual mold or custard cup.
Combine orange juice and gelatin in saucepan, cooking over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Add cooked rice and salt, stirring to blend completely.
Fold in topping, pour over peach halves, and chill until set.
Unmold.
