 Brown rice3 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Medium-sized peaches - 3 or 4
 Unsweetened coconut - For Sprinkling
 Juice of one lemon
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Grease a baking dish.
2.Prehat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
3.On the dish, spread a layer of brown rice topped with layer of peaches combined with lemon juice and nuts.
4.Repeat the layers and top them with sprinkling of honey followed by coconut.
5.Bake for 30 minutes until peaches turn tender.

SERVING
6.Serve warm as a snack or with appetizers.
