Peach Nut Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) pkg. nut bread mix (check pkg. directions for list of required ingredients)
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 fresh peaches, finely chopped
Citrus Cream Cheese Spread:
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel
Directions
Grease and flour 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Prepare batter according to package directions with these changes: Add nutmeg to dry ingredients and substitute the peaches for half the liquid required.
Bake according to package directions.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and peel.
