 4 large or 6 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
 1 small cantaloupe, chunked (about 4 cups loosely packed)
 Juice of 1 lime

Directions

In a food processor or a blender in batches, puree the sliced peaches and cantaloupe chunks with the lime juice.
Stir in the minced mint.
