Peach Melba With Raspberry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe peaches - 6 | ||
| Raspberry Sauce | ||
| Vanilla yogurt | 3/4 Pint, frozen | |
| Mint sprigs for garnish | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Halve peaches cutting along and twist to separate.
2) Using a spoon remove the pit.
MAKING
3) Arrange six chilled plates and spoon 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each of them.
4) Put peach halves cut side up on top of the sauce.
5) Scoop 1/8 cup of the frozen yogurt into the opening of each peach half.
SERVING
6) Garnish with mint sprigs.
