Peach Melba Roll Up Recipe
Ingredients
1 recipe Basic Roll- Up Recipe
1 recipe Vanilla Tart Filling
15 oz. sliced peaches in juice, drained
Directions
Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
Prepare the tart filling and then spread it evenly on the cooled roll.
Arrange the peach slices all over the surface and roll up the cake from the short end.
To start rolling, lift the cake with the end of the towel.
When rolled, place the roll seam-side down on a serving plate.
