Peach Melba Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 250 Milliliter | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 60 Milliliter | |
| 12 Dessert Crepes (Crepe Batter ) | ||
| 500 ml heated raspberry preserves | ||
| Peaches | 80 Milliliter, sliced | |
| 375 ml Apricot Raspberry Sauce | ||
Directions
Whip the cream and fold in the sugar.
Spread the crepe with raspberry preserves, layer with the peaches and whipped cream.
Roll the crepes, place on serving plates.
Cover with the raspberry sauce and serve.
