3 fresh California peaches, quartered
3 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth

Remove strips of peel from 1 lemon (yellow part only) with vegetable peeler; set aside.
Squeeze both lemons as needed to measure 1/4 cup juice.
Combine juice and peaches in saucepan.
Cover and cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until peaches are very tender.
Meanwhile, cut reserved lemon peel into fine julienned strips, then cut in half.
Boil strips in water 7 to 8 minutes.
Drain; set aside.
Combine cooked peaches and chicken broth in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in julienned lemon strips and pepper.
