Peach Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can (15 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 gallon milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 pint very ripe peaches, cut into pieces
Directions
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Place eggs and sugar in a 2-quart saucepan.
Place over medium heat.
As sugar begins to dissolve, add condensed milk.
Add about 1 quart milk to mixture, then add vanilla.
Heat for about 10 minutes to dissolve sugar.
Put mixture into a 4-quart ice cream freezer container, add the rest of milk and stir.
When milk is mixed with other ingredients, put in freezer paddle and cover with lid.
Put ice and ice cream salt in freezer.
When ice cream begins to firm, remove lid and add peaches.
As it continues to freeze, peaches will mix throughout the ice cream.
