Peach Ice Recipe
Ingredients
| Can | 1 29 Ounce | |
| 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate | ||
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash ground nutmeg | ||
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
In a blender container place peaches, orange juice concentrate, ginger, and nutmeg.
Cover and blend till smooth.
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over reserved syrup; let stand for 1 minute.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Add to peach mixture.
Cover and blend thoroughly.
Pour mixture into an 8x8x2-inch pan.
Cover and freeze about 2 hours or till mixture is partially frozen.
Transfer mixture to a chilled mixer bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer till light and fluffy.
Return to the pan.
Freeze overnight or till firm.
Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
