Peach And Ginger Ale Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Cling peach slices – 1 can (16-ounce) | ||
| Orange or lemon gelatin - 2 packages (3-ounce) | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger ale | 12 Ounce | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Drain the peaches.
2) Chop the peach slices and keep aside.
MAKING
3) In a 1 1/2-quart mold, overlap the slices in the bottom.
4) In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
5) Pour in ginger ale.
6) Place inside refrigerator to chill until slightly thickened.
7) Beat the mixture to fluffy.
8) Fold in chopped peach slices and walnuts into the gelatin.
9) Spoon the mixture into the mold over the peaches.
10) Place inside refrigerator to chill and set.
SERVING
11) In a serving platter, invert the mold to serve.
