 Ripe fresh peaches - 3, pitted, peeled, quartered
 Light corn syrup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger - ¼ teaspoon, ground
 Lemon sherbet - 1 cup
 Ginger ale1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla Ice Cream scoop2

Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add peaches, corn syrup, ginger and blend until smooth.
2. Add, sherbet, ginger ale and blend again till smooth.

SERVING
3. In a glass, pour the contents and top up with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
4. Serve chilled.
