Peach Frost With Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe fresh peaches - 3, pitted, peeled, quartered | ||
| Light corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger - ¼ teaspoon, ground | ||
| Lemon sherbet - 1 cup | ||
| Ginger ale | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla Ice Cream scoop | 2 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a blender, add peaches, corn syrup, ginger and blend until smooth.
2. Add, sherbet, ginger ale and blend again till smooth.
SERVING
3. In a glass, pour the contents and top up with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
4. Serve chilled.
