Peach Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsalted butter | 2 Ounce | |
| Canned peach | 8 | |
| Brandy | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Peaches | 1/4 Pint | |
| Double cream | 1/2 Pint |
Directions
Heat the butter in the pan and when it is foaming put in the peaches and allow them to brown on both sides.
Add half the brandy, leave it to heat for a moment then ignite.
