Peach Daiquiri Recipe
Ingredients
1 lime
1 ripe peach, peeled, quartered, and pitted
3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
2 dashes bitters
3 jiggers light rum
6 ice cubes
Directions
Assemble Citrus Juicer.
Juice lime into glass measure (about 2 tablespoons or 30 ml).
Assemble Blender.
Pour lime juice and remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth.
