Peach Cupcakes Recipe
I have a recipe which is very near and dear to my heart and that is of Peach Cupcakes. Treat your near and dear ones with this amazing Peach Cupcakes as a Dessert . I am certain you and I will concur that this Peach Cupcakes is just delicious.
Ingredients
3/4 cup sifted whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup sifted unbleached white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 eggs, separated
2/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Peach Preserves
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line 2 12-cup muffin tins with paper liners.
Sift together whole wheat pastry flour, unbleached white flour, and baking powder into a medium-size bowl.
In a small bowl, beat egg yolks.
Add to flour mixture along with honey, vanilla, and Peach Preserves.
Beat until mixed.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Fold in flour mixture, half at a time.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each cup almost to the top, and bake on middle shelf of oven for about 20 minutes, or until cupcakes spring back when pressed in the center.
Remove from oven, and cool completely before removing from tins.
