Peach Crepes With Easy Grand Marnier Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| 1/2 Cup low-fat plain yogurt | ||
| 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey | ||
| 3 Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced | ||

| Orange juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Grand Marnier Sauce:) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon (Grand Marnier Sauce:) | |
| 3 Tbsp Grand Marnier, Drambuie or other orange liqueur | ||
Directions
Grand Marnier Sauce: In saucepan, combine orange juice with cornstarch; whisk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to boil; simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in liqueur.
In bowl, combine yogurt with syrup or honey; stir until smooth.
Add peaches and mix lightly.
Wrap crepes in paper towels and heat in microwave at high (100%) power for 30 seconds.
Or heat in 350°F/180°C oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until warm.
Spoon some peach mixture onto each crepe; roll up and place on individual plates.
Drizzle with warm sauce and garnish with fresh fruit.
