Peach Coulis Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
 
2 cups (500 ml) peaches

Directions

–  Blend cornstarch with a little water and set aside.
–  In a saucepan, boil the water, sugar and peaches for about 5 minutes.
–  Add the cornstarch and boil for 1 minute.
–  Run through the blender, then a sieve, to get a smoother coulis.
