Peach Conserve Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 2 Pound, scalded | |
| 1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed | ||
| Sugar | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 6-ounce bottle liquid fruit pectin | ||
| Flaked coconut | 1 3 1/2 Ounce | |
Directions
Combine peaches and orange juice concentrate in a very large saucepan; stir in sugar.
Bring mixture to a full rolling boil; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin and coconut.
Skim off foam with metal spoon.
Stir and skim for 7 minutes.
Ladle into hot scalded jars or glasses: sea! at once.
