Peach Colada Frappe Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups packed crushed ice
1 ounce rum
1 ounce peach brandy
1 ounce Pina Colada Mix
1 ounce heavy cream
1 large ripe peach, skinned, halved, and pitted; or 2 large canned halves
Garnish:
Sprig of fresh mint
Directions
Place large, bowl-shaped glasses in the freezer to frost.
Fill a blender with the crushed ice.
Pour in the liquids and add peach halves.
Puree drink thoroughly.
