Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| White bread slice | 1 | |
| Peach | 1 , peeled | |
| Cinnamon- a pinch | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener | 8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2) Brush the bottom of 1 shallow baking dish or deep ear dish with butter.
MAKING
3) Tear the bread slice into small pieces and place in baking or ear dish.
4) Spread the peach slices over the bread and dredge with cinnamon.
5) In a blender, combine together milk, egg, vanilla and sweetener.
6) Process at high speed for 30 seconds.
FINALIZING
7) Cover the peaches and bread slices with the milk mixture, but don-€™t fill it till brim.
8) Raise a few bread pieces, to the top to form top crust.
9) Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until frim and lightly browned on top.
SERVING
10) Serve warm or cold, dust with icing sugar if desired.
