Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (8 oz.) sliced peaches
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
Heat oven to 400° (mod. hot).
Heat fruit with syrup.
Blend in cornstarch dissolved in water.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 min.
Pour into 1-qt. baking dish.
Stir Bisquick and sugar together.
Stir in milk and oil.
Drop dough by spoonfuls over top of hot fruit.
Bake 20 min.
