Peach Cobbler Recipe

Directions
Drain peaches and reserve juice.
Butter an 8-inch square bake pan generously and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Spread with peaches.
Measure biscuit mix and white sugar into a bowl.
Stir in the egg mixed with the milk.
Spoon over the peaches and spread with a fork.
Mix peach juice with lemon juice and pour over the top.
Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
