Cinnamon Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 slice enriched white bread | ||
| Peach | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Dash cinnamon | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 8 teaspoons sugar | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Break bread into small pieces and arrange in a shallow baking dish (4-6 inches in diameter).
Arrange peach slices over the bread and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour milk into blender, add egg, sweetener, and vanilla.
Blend at high speed about 30 seconds.
Pour milk mixture over peaches and bread.
Lift a few pieces of the bread up to make peaked crust.
Bake at 325° F. about 30 minutes.
