In blender container combine evaporated milk, eggs, flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, the almond extract, vanilla and salt.
Cover and blend 15 seconds.
Pour over fruit.
Bake in 350°F convection oven on rack #2 or #3 offset for 30 to 35 minutes (or bake in preheated 375°F radiant bake oven 40 to 45 minutes) or until custard appears set when a knife is inserted in custard near center.
Serve warm with Citrus Sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
CITRUS SAUCE: In small saucepan combine 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
Stir in 2/3 cup water.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 2 tablespoons orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
