Peach Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Peaches | 2 Pound | |
| 1 lb. tart apples | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 sweet red peppers, chopped | ||
| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Seedless raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Peel, pit and chop the peaches.
Peel, core and chop the apples.
Place the celery in a small amount of water in a saucepan and cook until almost tender, then drain.
Combine all the ingredients except the raisins and boil over high heat until slightly thickened.
Steam the raisins in a small amount of water for about 20 minutes and add to the peach mixture.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
