Peach Blueberry Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Pastry shell, baked
1 pkg. vanilla-flavored sugar-free pudding mix
1 tsp almond flavoring
2 cup sliced fresh peaches juice of 1 lemon
2 cup fresh blueberrie, cleaned
Directions
Prepare vanilla pudding mix as directed on package for pie, adding the almond flavoring.
Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour filling into prepared pastry shell.
Chill until set.
Just before serving, sprinkle peaches with lemon juice.
Arrange peaches and blueberries on pie.
