Peach And Strawberry Breakfast Parfait Recipe
|Plain non fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into halves, reserve 1 as whole for garnish|
|All fruit strawberry syrup||1 Teaspoon (Pourable)|
|Chopped peaches||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Teaspoon|

1.Take a small mixing bowl and mix together yogurt, strawberries and syrup.
2. In another mixing bowl, mix together peach and sugar so that the sugar coats the peaches.
3.Take a 10 ounce, parfait glass. Spoon half of the strawberry mixture into the glass.
4.Top this with peach mixture and now layer again with strawberry mixture.
5. Top with reserved whole strawberry and sprinkle wheatgerm.
