Pea Pod Pepper Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 small red pepper seeded and cut into 1-inch strips | ||
| Pea | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl combine rice, pepper, and pea pods.
Combine sherry and soy sauce; toss with the rice mixture.
Transfer to a Weber 8x5 1/4-inch aluminum pan.
Cover with foil.
Place pan in center of the cooking grill.
Grill about 20 minutes or till heated through
