 Green -pea soup mix - 1 package (2 envelopes)
 Water
 Vienna sausages - 2 cans, sliced
 Carrot1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add water and soup mix to prepare a soup. Follow the label instructions for making the soup.
2. In a medium -sized frying pan, melt butter or margarine and add carrot and sausages and saute them lightly. Stir in chopped parsley and soy palong and cook for some more time.

SERVING
3. Serve after ladling the soup in soup bowls and team the soup with any crispy crackers or wheat wafers.
