Ingredients

 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soft butter3 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon

 Monosodium glutamate1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Chicken1
 1 cup Swiss cheese cubes
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 7-oz. pkgs. frozen pea pods, thawed and drained
 Crab meat1 7 1/2 Ounce, drained, flaked

Directions

Put all ingredients except wine, pea pods, and crab meat into OSTERIZER blender container, cover and process at BLEND (Hi) until smooth.
Pour into blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish, heat at HI, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
Place over hot water bath and keep warm at MED setting.
