Pea Pod Spinach Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peas | 2 Ounce | |
| Spinach leaves | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tofu | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Enoki mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 3 , chopped |
Directions
Heat broths in Dutch oven or 3-quart saucepan; add soy sauce and red pepper; simmer 2 minutes.
Add snow peas, spinach leaves and tofu chunks.
Cut off bottom 1/2 inch of enoki mushroom stems; add to soup with chopped onion.
Simmer 1 minute.
