Pea Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 16-ounce package frozen peas, cooked and drained | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, cubed | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine peas with cheese cubes, celery, onion, hard-cooked eggs, and chopped pimiento.
2) Stir in mayonnaise, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
3) Toss, cover, and refrigerate.
SERVING
4) Serve chilled.
