Pea and Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 225g (8oz) frozen petits pois, thawed | ||
| Vegetable stock | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked ham | 1 75 Gram, cubed | |
| Parmesan cheese | 40 Gram, grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Add onions and stir fry until onions begin to turn golden.
2) Stir in peas and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes and gradually pour stock in the pan.
3) Now put ham, pepper (to taste), and cheese and mix gently.
SERVING
4) Pour over freshly cooked pasta and toss. Garnish with remaining cheese and serve immediately.
